Repetitive Pattern

Repeating an event or its circumstances over and over again. This includes reenacting the event or putting oneself in situations where the event is likely to happen again.

A repetitive pattern indicate a single experience or combination of experiences, or an enduring or repeating event or events pertaining to or characterized by unchangeable repetition of emotions and feelings. Quite obvious is the lack of development & growth and noticeable is the persistence of derailment & stagnation that distorts and overwhelm our capability to effectively cope and deal with change, efficiently address future shock or to rationally integrate ideas, points of view and accompanied emotions in a balanced manner involved with a specific experience or event in a self-determined and contextual manner. Repetitive patterns are those action models, which mainly source from sabotage programs as directed by our defense mechanisms and which evoke the domino effect.
