History is the branch of knowledge dealing with past events. A continuous, systematic narrative of past events as relating to a particular people, country, period, person, situation, idea, ideology, point of view, interpretation, perspective, political sentiment, society, …etc., usually compiled as a chronological account… for example Tolstoy's “War and Peace”.
