Climate results or outcomes

The <ttip:climate>Also referencing culture implying the ideas, customs and social behavior of a particular group of people or a society at large. Indicating the arts and other manifestations of human intellectual achievement regarded collectively.</ttip> or “vibe” of an organization, group, event, circumstances or learning opportunity isn't easy to measure nor to assess, because it has more to do with efficiency and mainly directed by feelings, emotions, mind-sets, views, believes, attitudes, perspectives and the perceptions of the individuals involved.

Climate might include aspects such as taking responsibility for actions, commitment, motivation, team or group work, job satisfaction, cooperation and many other nourishing factors, AND/OR toxic factors such as conflict, apathy, absenteeism, ignorance, unwillingness, isolation, rage, frustration, resentment, backstabbing, blaming game, gossip, …etc.

<ttip:Climate>The vibe, the energy or ambiance.</ttip> provide a family, school, organization, company and institution with a setting - backdrop or stage - in which processes, procedures and activities can either be obtained productively and <ttip:efficiently>Primarily driven by a nourishing climate and factors.</ttip> or unproductively and <ttip:inefficiently.>Primarily driven by a toxic climate and factors.</ttip>

Whether nourishing/good or toxic/bad… CLIMATE touches the lives of all people minute by minute, day after day, year after year and has an enormous impact on each and every aspect of our lives. Climate provides real meaning, actual purpose and focused direction to the deployment of processes/procedures and the application of competencies.
