The climate or "vibe" of an organization, situation, event, circumstances or learning opportunity isn't easy to measure nor to assess, because it has more to do with efficiency and mainly directed by feelings, emotions, mindset, views, believes, attitudes, perspectives and the perceptions of individuals.
Climate might include aspects such as taking responsibility for actions, commitment, motivation, team or group work, job satisfaction, cooperation and many other "nourishing" factors, AND/OR "toxic" factors such as conflict, apathy, absenteeism, ignorance, unwillingness, isolation, rage, frustration, resentment, backstabbing, blaming game, gossip, ...etc.
Climate (i.e. the vibe, energy or ambiance) provide an organization, company, institution or family with a setting - backdrop or stage - in which processes and activities can either be obtained productively and successfully (i.e. primarily driven by a nourishing climate) or unproductively and unsuccessfully (i.e. primarily driven by a toxic climate).

Climate gives real meaning, actual purpose and focused direction to the application of Process Skills, Abilities & Competencies|
